Playing Career: Played on the 1984 National Champion BYU team, switching from center to offensive guard … played in the 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984 Holiday Bowls as part of four WAC championship squads at BYU … was second-team All-Western Athletic Conference as a senior and played in the Hula Bowl … drafted in the third round of the USFL Draft by the New Jersey Generals.
Served an LDS Mission to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Robert and his wife (Liane) have three children: sons (Famika, Jr.; and Max) and daughter (Penny).
